Gingerbread House Competition

Well done to everyone who took part in our Gingerbread House Competition, and to our age group winners. We had lots of amazing designs, as you can see as you look at the photos.
We also raised £200 for the SAMS 'Houses for Hope' Advent Project. A great effort, to a really good cause. You can read more about it here, https://bishopsappeal.ireland.anglican.org/.../houses-of.../
Toddlers at 10!

It was November 10 years ago, that a group of people from the Parish decided to set up the Toddler Group. Initially, it was a 4 week project, which was part of the Diocesan ‘2015 Year of Mission’.
Things went so well in those 4 weeks that the decision was made to keep going into the new year, 2016. It kept going. And now toddlers from the early days are part of the Youth Group, and the new intake of Toddlers continue to love their time playing and making friends on a Monday morning.
We are very grateful to all who, over the years, have contributed to Toddlers. The wonderful team of volunteers have blessed our local community and church over this time, allowing parents, grandparents and carers a space to form lasting friendships.
A special mention must go to Christine Hunter. Christine has been guiding Toddlers from the early days with passion, diligence and dedication. Thank you Christine!
We are grateful to God for our Toddler Group, and trust the time ahead into His hands, giving thanks for that which has been.
On Monday 17th November, at Toddlers, we enjoyed a wonderful party to mark the milestone.
Harvest Thanksgiving
We enjoyed a fantastic Harvest Festival, with the church beautifully decorated, great Harvest anthems, and a great time of fellowship over a Soup Lunch.
